If You Cancel The Booking A Month OR Before Your Check In Date Then We Only Deduct Bank Transaction Charges. If You Cancel The Booking 15 Days Or Before Your Check In Date Then We Deduct 50% Of Your Total Booking Amount. If You Cancel The Booking A Week Before Then There Is No Refund In The Amount. No Refunds Shall be Made For Short Stay , No Show, And Unused Facilities Or For Any Service Not Provided Due To Any Reason Beyond Our Control. If Refund Has to be made as per our policy then we will refund the amount with in a week or a maximum of 10 days Bookings Can be Cancelled or Altered only once if you do it Again Than There is no Refund Either you Cancel or Alter Your Booking Before one Month of Check in Date Children And Extra Bed One Child Under 5 Years Stays Free Of Charge Using The Existing Beds. The Maximum Number Of Extra Bed Permitted In A Room Is 1 Only And Except In Our Executive Suit Room. Drivers Can Be Accommodated In Nearby Dharmashala Or Dormitories Based On Surcharges And We Don't Allow And Accommodate Any Ayah’s, Drivers ,And Care Takers. Also We Don't Allow Pets. Any Extra Person We Charge Rs 300/- Including Extra Bed And Extra Bed Will Be Provided Mattress On Floor Only We Don’t Provide Cots.
